Portrait Session Fee for 2012

 

* $225 for up to 5 people. 

  An additional $25 per person for parties of 6 or more.

* $175 for Black and White Session

Included in your portrait session:

* 4×6 prints of all edited images in a beautiful proof box  – 30 to 50 images

* a private password protected gallery for you and your family and friends to view

* my time, travel* and talent

* Please note that the session fee does NOT include prints other than one 4×6 of each edited image.  All other prints must be purchased ala carte.

* travel 30 miles beyond Bristol will be charged a travel fee.  Please inquire about rates

Print order MUST be placed within 10 days after your gallery is up.

After 10 days, your gallery will be removed. 

There is a $25 charge to re-upload your gallery. 

6 weeks after gallery is up, images are purged.

High Resolution Digital Negatives:
$100 per image
$800 for entire session on CD

Purchase the entire session on CD and I will set your photo gallery so you can purchase high quality professionally printed images at wholesale cost!

Canvas Stretch/Staple mounting is a unique way to display your images like a fine art canvas. The print is stretched to the edge of a 3/4″ thick wooden frame, and stapled around the edges, leaving the full image on the front. Suitable for framing.

Ready to hang beautiful metallic prints with smooth satin laminate neatly wrapped around sturdy, 3/16″ board.

Each ThinWrap comes backed with two 3/4″ thick lightweight foam blocks with holes drilled for easy hanging. The mounting blocks hold the print away from the wall for a contemporary float effect.

ThinWraps 16×20 and larger are wrapped around Gatorboard, and prints 16×16 and smaller use masonite.

Watercolor Giclée Prints are on a heavy, 310g paper with a subtle texture. This acid-free paper is 100% cotton fiber and is finished with a water-based protective spray.

Retainer Requirement:
A non-refundable retainer of half the cost of your session is due within 3 days of booking to hold your date.  To cancel your portrait session please notify me within 48 hours of your scheduled date so we can reschedule.  Your retainer will be put towards your newly rescheduled session.

All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Darlene Terry of Whimsical Years Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law.  It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner or medium without permission.  Darlene offers web sized images to use on Facebook and similar sites; please inquire for details.  Please respect Darlene’s livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright law.
