Pricing

Portrait Session Fee:  $200

The following is included in your portrait session:
-my time, travel and talent
-a session lasts 1-3 hours but you are never rushed and we will take as long as we need to get the desired results
-all post-processing, which accounts for 10-20 hours in my “digital darkroom”
-artistically enhanced images, which include black and white, sepia and other treatments that would suit each individual image
-minor touch ups are also included, such as skin softening and blemish removal (keep scrolling to read rest)
-one complementary low resolution CD with images sized perfectly for emailing and use on Facebook, etc.
-$100 credit towards prints, high resolution CD of entire session or individual high resolution jpegs

Please note that the cost of prints are not included in the session fee.  Those prices are as follows:

All prints are printed on the highest quality photographic paper at a professional lab.

High Resolution Digital Negatives:
$50 per image
$450 for entire session on CD

Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit of half the cost of your session is due within 3 days of booking to hold your date.  To cancel your portrait session please notify me within 48 hours of your scheduled date so we can reschedule.  Your deposit will be put towards your newly rescheduled session.

Copyright:
All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Darlene Terry of Whimsical Years Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law.  It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner or medium without permission.  Darlene offers websized images to use on Facebook and similar sites; please inquire for details.  Please respect Darlene’s livilhood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright law.

The big day has finally arrived and the last thing you want to do is get lost in all the details of documenting it.  You want to relax and enjoy and participate in all the special moments that unravel.

. . . and so you shall.  Capturing the importance of your event - whether it’s your child’s first birthday or a graduation, a family reunion or Holiday blitz - you can be certain that I will get it all for you.

Special Event Session Fee - $200 per hour
-you get my time, talent and travel
-several hours spent editing your images
-a password protected gallery to view your images and order prints
-one complimentary low resolution CD with images from your event perfectly sized for emailing and use on Facebook, etc.

-Credits for prints, high resolution CD or jpegs begin at $50

Extras:
- High resolution jpegs - $50 per image - OR a high resolution CD of all the images from your event with rights to reprint is available for $450
