What can I say, except I am so blessed to have the privilege to photograph the sweetest families at the most gorgeous locations in Maine! And this family ranks very high in the sweet and adorable category. Never a dull moment with a three year old and ten month old, but I have to pat myself on the back for managing to capture what I feel are honest moments in the life of such a young family. Not everyone is looking at the camera in each shot, and quite honestly I'm glad. In fact, I think the images where they are all engaged with each other are the best shots. Take a look and decide for yourselves ~It took till the very last shot of the session to get what I consider an authentic smile from this little cutie. I had to turn into a tickle monster, but hey, whatever it takes! I hope you enjoy your preview! There are many more jewels to show you so I will end here and get back to the editing board!
I love how snow storms help to keep me grounded, in my house with no escape. And so it goes, all the little nagging things left undone suddenly get done. I dart from one project to another, not necessarily finishing one before beginning the next.Read More
At this time of year it is easy to fall behind in keeping up with posting my sessions on the blog. But I try! So much work and not enough time, but no complaints here. I am grateful, to say the least. I am especially grateful to have the opportunity to meet such wonderful people from all over the United States who seem to gravitate to Maine for a summer vacation. Molly and David, you have such a beautiful family, so full of good humor and love. Thank you thank you for giving me the pleasure of meeting your clan and spending a few hours photographing all of you. I had such fun and I believe these images portray the fun you have with each other.
